What is Modified Phase Three?
Modified Phase Three is a multi-phase procedure of New Orleans for reopening as well as sustaining safety measures. Modified Phase 3 is a restrictive plan for the reopening places so that no citizen can get any possibility of getting affected by the Covid 19 virus. The Modified Phase 3 includes limitations of indoor gatherings to 250 people and of outdoor gatherings to 500 people. If the gathering limit exceeds, the events must follow the instructions like the events shall be operated for 50% of the capacity, with no requirements of wearing masks.
If 100% of the attendees wear masks throughout the event, then the capacity can be enhanced to 100%. The Phase also throws light upon live entertainment events which are the heart of New Orleans. These events must request a special event permit for the event to begin. They must also follow the capacity limits imposed on particular business fields. The Modified Phase Three encourages unvaccinated people to maintain distance, wear masks, and get vaccinated as quickly as possible.
